We ship in Australia and delivery times vary by location:

Please note that delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, or peak periods such as Christmas.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery progress.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.


Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will happily send a replacement at no extra cost. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
